1 ORANGE CUT INTO 8'S
1/2 CUP ORANGE JUICE
1 EGG
1/4 CUP OIL
PUT ALL IN BLENDER AND MIX
1 1/2 CUP FLOUR
3/4 CUP SUGAR
1 TSP. BP
1 TSP. BS
1 TSP. SALT

1. Put all in bowl and mix plus add 1/4 cup raisins or dates.
2. Mix liquid with dry only to make wet.
3. Bake 375F. oven 15-20 minutes.
