Mama Betty's Strawberry Jam

3 CUP SUGAR
4 CUP STRAWBERRIES
  1. Let set 5-10 minutes.
  2. Bring to boil 4 cups strawberries and 1 cup sugar for 5 minutes, add 1 more cup, boil another 5 minutes, add the 3rd cup of sugar and boil another 5 minutes.
  3. Leave overnite. Put in sterilized jars the next day.
