Joan and Brian McGuigan, with the assistance of Reggie Robbins -- all of McGuigan Pepin Real Estate -- just helped me buy my condo on the border of Old Montreal. They were terrific through the entire process. I had to find something quickly and I had very specific ideas of what I wanted and where. They zeroed in on my needs/wants rappidly and effectively. They did not waste my time showing me properties I would not have been interested in, as so often happens in real estate. They were helpful and supportive throughout the entire purchase process, very responsive to all the issues and problems that inevitably arise when you buy a home.
