Maximize the sales potential

Prior to the photo shoot:

-On the outside of the property remove cars and various bins from the entrance.

-Regarding the interior of the property, optimize the effect of light , open the curtains , blinds and switch on all the lights.

-Personal photographs and seasonal decorative items should be removed in order to depersonalize the property.

-In the kitchen and bathrooms remove soap dispensers , tissue boxes , paper towels, cleaning brushes, sponges, magnets . Clear all countertops .

-Replace hand towels , make the beds , mirrors and windows should be cleaned.

-Toys should be put away.

-In home offices should be tidied.

-Close toilets for photos
